I’m going to keep this short because once you see their site, you’ll see how awesome they are. For a while, I was using x10hosting’s free service. When it came time for me to make a switch somewhere else, I was thinking of going with one of the big names, like BlueHost, or HostGator. Then, I found a link on a site for ShockingHost, and at first glance, it looks to be one of those things some guy does in his spare time to make some money.

Not at all. I started with them by using the Budget VPS service, which was $5.75 a month. I had the ability to do anything I wanted with the server, change OS, well, anything. After a month or 2, I moved back to free hosting temporarily, to save money for Christmas, but I didn’t stay away for long, now I’m on their $3 shared hosting plan, and let me tell you, its been an incredible experience. Within a few days of getting the service, I got an e-mail from the Sales Department, checking to see how everything was going. No other host has done this, all I’ve ever gotten were those stupid “Take a 5 minute survey!” things.

Also, do you know Connor? If not, you’ll know him soon enough, he’s the CEO of ShockingHost, but he gets involved with Tech Support and Sales, he’s very big on customer relations, and takes care of everybody with pride, while providing the best possible service.

In conclusion, on a scale of 1-10, I’d have to give ShockingHost an “OVER 9000!!!” Simple. I won’t cover everything here, take a look for yourself, I think you’ll like it!

I was with ImmediateVPS, but with a recent price change (my package was no longer available so I had to pay for the new equivalent package) I decided to try out ShockingHost. I honestly think ShockingHost has a better network so far.

I was talking with the CEO myself the other day actually, in MY live support at MY hosting company. I never expected a CEO to take the time to go into someone else's live support to give them assistance. I'm extremely happy with them so far!

I have used a lot of different webhosts in my day. Recently being fed up with 1and1 and their horrible customer service and not being able to do things I wanted to do. I decided to move to a different host. I saw a banner for this site on a forum I was a member of and decided to try it out. After using them now for a little bit I would say I am never going back to any other host. They are friendly , they answer your questions quickly and sometimes even just send you a message to see how you are doing. This is how customer service on a host should be not ask a question and wait 7 days for something that doesn't even give you an answer like some other sites. I would recommend this host to anybody and everyone.

I first used shocking host a few months ago to test some software I'm working on. I signed up for their 'powerful' plan using a coupon that got me 99% off my first month. In all the time I have been with them I have only had one problem which was resolved within a few minutes. I have had absolutely no downtime and am very impressed with the service they have provided.
